I'm really sorry for this everyone:( But i'm going on an eight day trip to Kerela, it's another state in our country, from school. All the hostee applications, layout requests and affiliation applications will only be checked after i return on the 14th.

Mid-Terms

Heya!! Sorry I haven’t been up for a while. Though well, it’s for a reason, my mid-terms are going on, so didn’t even get time to on the computer, let alone update! But I have been kipping in and out of the web, replying to some messages.

I making a layout and I uploaded a few brushes and blends. I had made a few signatures, but I don’t remember where I saved them, so for time being, I’m not putting those up.

My exams will go on till the 18th, and then I’ll have Diwali vacations. It is major festival in India. To know more, visit this link

And the ID card that I lost (refer to the previous blog) was found in one of my friend’s bag. My other friends reported to our class teacher and we were sent to the principal. My friend, in whose bag it was found, was close to crying because the principal threatened to call her parents. So I told the principal that it was OK, and I don’t want any action taken against her. Actually, she’s a very good friend of mine and I personally think that someone might have put it in her bag.

And the cursed project thingy of ours (refer to the previous blog) went alright. We went for the competition on 2nd of this month. Actually, my father was our mentor and so he had to accompany us, but the very day, he left for Delhi, so we had to take another of our members’ mother.

Today was our History/Civics exam. It was fantastic! Actually, I was very tensed, ‘cos we had a lot of syllabus and the answers were very big! And since our Geography exams was dreadful and the same teacher teaches us both the subjects, we were really scared. But honestly, the History exams was better than every exam we had till now.

And I have a new hostee!! Say hi to Jackie @ Elegantly Insane!!

So time to go, I need to study for Monday’s exam.

A bad school day

Yes, today’s the day for the BIG BLOG! I know I said it was on Friday, but I didn’t get time.

Today, I was shouted at by my teacher, because we have not still started the interschool project that we were to submit on Friday! But that’s not my fault, all the idiots in my class are chosen for it. And when have any of us showed any kind of enthusiasm? But since I’m the head, I needa get all the shouting and anger from the teacher. I have been trying so much to talk to at least one of my group members, but since all of them are boys, and I’m the only girl, we both feel shy approaching each other, because we had virtually no contact at any time in our lives!

So, well, this project is also a unique kind of a thing. Our teacher doesn’t even tell us what exactly we are supposed to do. We are to interview certain people outside our school, and write everything down. But I frankly don’t think that just writing down the question-answers would be counted as a project. And when I asked whether we need to write the conclusion sort of the thing that we derive from the answers, she stared at me with this quizzical look that said ’what-does-that-out-of-the-world-thing-mean?’

And well, I told yas about the handbook cum ID card of our school that I lost on Friday the last, I went to the school Office to inquire and the clerk said that she has misplaced the application I gave to have another handbook! I mean I was shouted at only to have lost the handbook, by my parents, but now I’m gonna have my head blown out this time.

And today was our drawing class in school, and amidst all the things I needed to do, I forgot my drawing book! Another problem:( Last time, our sir collected the calendars(the handbook I mention) of the children who did not bring the drawing book and those who didn’t have it were sent out of the class. You know, the teachers can give remarks in the handbook that we need to sign by our parents, and my mum’s so hyper whenever I get a remark, that if I’d have shown her a stupid one for not taking the drawing book to school, I would have been killed! You see, marks are deducted for every remark we get. But today went alright, Sir didn’t even notice I don’t have the book, even though I sit on the first bench!

And well, I roped in one of my friends for the project who’s promised to help me with it, I will meet her today at seven, if she has not forgotten about it, that is:P And we presented our class group project (that carries 50 marks for the midterm exams) to our teacher. We had got Science, Energy Crisis. And the teacher said I was good!!

Whoa! It’s really a long blog from what I can see in my Word screen, how long will it appear on the net I don’t know, ‘cos after I post it, I needa run to start my stupid project:(

New layout!

Hiya!! New layout!! I like it very much, though I know the colors are a bit darker than what I would have wanted, but it’s come out OK I think:) no blog today, I gotta go and do my homework. Though, well, a big big blog’s coming on Friday!
